How long is delivery?

Delivery takes 4–10 days, depending on your exact location.

We always try to ship as fast as possible.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes. Tracking is sent 1–3 days after placing your order, right after dispatch.

What if the product arrives damaged?

This has never happened — every hoodie is personally inspected before shipping.

But if it ever does, we will immediately send you a brand-new replacement.

Can I return or exchange it if the size doesn't fit?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges. If the fit isn’t right, we’ll help you find the perfect size.

Who pays for the return shipping?

If the issue is our fault (rare), we cover everything.

For size or preference-related returns, shipping is covered by the customer.

How does the size exchange process work?

You send the hoodie back to us, and as soon as it arrives, we ship the new size right away.

Yes — the Arc Ear Cuff clips onto the ear without any piercing needed. It holds securely throughout the day.

Essential is our classic polished silver.

Signature adds rhodium plating for extra brightness and durability — our most popular choice.

Lumière is 18k gold vermeil at 2.5 micron, the richest finish in the collection.

Is it hypoallergenic?

Yes. All editions are made from 925 sterling silver and are nickel-free, safe for sensitive skin.

How do I care for it?

Keep away from water, perfume, and skincare products. Store in a dry place. Clean gently with a soft cloth.
